Click here for the City of Conroe Curbside Recycling, Garbage, Bulk Trash and Brush Collection General Guidelines. - HOLIDAY SCHEDULE: When a holiday falls on a weekday, prior to the scheduled pick-up date, the pickup will be the following day. Designated holidays are New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
- Avoid damaging your garbage can. Place the can on the street, not on the driveway.
- Collection times range between 7:00 am and 6 pm. Trash and recycling containers should be placed five (5) feet from each other.
- If you have a large item that needs to be recycled, the locations and methods may be found at:
- Garbage Cans. The Windsor Lakes Residential Standards, trash and recycling containers may be placed on the street line in front of your home no earlier than 6:00 pm the day prior to the designated pick-up day. Emptied containers must be removed from the street, front yard, or driveway no later than 8:00 p.m. of the collection day.
- Reminder to please not park on the street during garbage days as it makes it difficult for the garbage truck to pass through and collect garbage.
- Pick up is every Wednesday.
- Bulk pick-up is once per month. To recieve bulk and brush collection, please schedule your pickip at least 2 business days in advance. Contact Frontier Waste directly to schedule.

- BULK ITEMS » Bulk collection will be once-a-month with a limit of 8 cu. yd. Collection will be at the curb, on Wednesday (see map) once a month. Please see description of Bulk Waste below:
- BULK WASTE » Carpeting (cut into 4-foot bundles) » Household furniture » Appliances with CFCs removed MUST have a certified tag confirming proper CFC removal (per federal law) » Oversized waste customary to normal household operations
- BRUSH » For the safety and protection of our employees and equipment, we require that branches and tree trimmings be no greater than three inches (3”) in diameter and be cut, tied and bundled in four foot (4’) lengths weighing no more than forty pounds (40 lbs.)
- NOT BULK WASTE » Appliances containing CFC’s » Batteries » Concrete, brick, asphalt and roofing » Construction debris » Gasoline » Paint » Motor oil and filters » Tires » Vehicles and parts » Glass, mirrors, windows » Tree debris generated by contractor » Landscape debris & rocks
